Return Policy
A problem with your item?
First Class Boutique is more than happy for you to return any product in its original condition within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We can offer an exchange or full refund as long as extra care has been taken when trying on your new purchase as any items marked, or if tags have been removed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We do not cover return postage costs, this is your responsibility ensuring this will arrive within the 14 days or of course you can pop into the boutique.
We strongly recommend you use a signed and tracked service and obtain a tracking number as parcels lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund and is not our responsibility.
We aim to process refunds within 48hrs of receiving your item(s).
A full inspection will be carried out upon arrival of your return. First Cass Boutique reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in their original condition.

Why would my item get rejected?
​
- Marks and stains such as: make up, fake tan, deodorant, moistiriser etc.
- Significant signs of wear.
- The item is heavily scented with odour such as: perfume, bodily odour or washing machine products etc.
- Tags have been removed.
-The item is damaged in any way which is not a fault.
- The item has been returned outside the 14 days.

DELIVERY:
1st Class Royal Mail Signed For : £6 (1-2 Working Days)
2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For : £4 (3-4 Working Days)
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, however we will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay via email using the details given when placing an order.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read, understand and accept the First Class Boutique Terms and Conditions before you make a purchase. Once a purchase is made and the order has been confirmed you will automatically enroll into a binding contract with our self. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please be aware that all orders are subject to availability. We try our best to keep our stock levels up to date, but we will not be held responsible if an item ordered is no longer in stock, We will let you know via email as soon as possible that your order has been rejected, and send you a refund in due course.
If your item arrives and it happens to be faulty, you have up to 30 days after receiving the order to obtain a full refund. We will not be held liable for any faults caused by negligence by customers for example, but not limited to, pulls, general wear and tear, loss of buttons and any fault caused by not following care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be fully refunded.
